What questions do you have?

Below you’ll find answers to the questions we get to ask the most. As a roofing contractor, we want to provide the solutions that most clients search for.

How much does a new roof cost?

Every roof is different, so costs can vary. When considering the price of your new roof, roofing contractors take a few factors into consideration: the old roof removal, the size, style, and shape of the roof, and the materials to be used. Other features that are considered are chimneys, skylights, and vents. The average cost of a roof replacement in Georgia is between $9,000 and $13,000.

Can I finance this project?

YES! We can assist you in financing any roofing repair or replacement that exceeds $1,000.00. We have plans that include options such as: same as cash, no down payment, no interest, no payment for 12 months, and much more.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, cashier’s checks, financing, and ACH transactions.

How do I know if I need a new roof?

Sometimes, this answer is obvious, such as a hole in your roof, missing shingles, leaks, or animals living in your attic. Other times, the signs you need a new roof are a little more subtle. If your roof is more than 12-15 years old, it may be time to get a replacement to get ahead of any problems that result from a damaged roof. The best way to know if you need a new roof is to have a roof inspection done annually.

Do I need a roof repair or replacement?

Oftentimes, our customers only need a roof repair. However, depending on the age of the roof and the type of damage, it can be more cost efficient to fully replace the roof. One of our skilled Restoration Specialists and roof contractor can help to determine whether a repair or replacement will best serve you and your home.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we have general liability and workers comp on all our employees.

Do you offer drone easements?

Yes. However, we normally recommend a physical roof inspection performed by one of our Restoration Specialists.

Do I need to be present for my roof inspection?

Not at all. We work with clients who are not even in the country when we perform roof inspections.

Do you offer a virtual experience?

Absolutely. We can complete all conversations, agreements, and payments with our non-contact, virtual experience. We simply will inspect the roof in person..

Can you help me with an insurance claim regarding my roof?

While we cannot interpret policy coverages or limits, we can definitely identify damage and handle the reporting process to your insurance provider. We can also assist with all communications regarding proper install, code enforcement standards, and profile roofing requirements so that your insurance company has the information needed to indemnify your loss.

Should I file an insurance claim?

The short answer is probably not. However, once we complete our 18-point inspection we will be able to advise you on the type and severity of the damage. We will also be able to determine if your roof is damaged due to age/wear and tear or if the roof has been damaged by a storm.
